Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer and include all original tags and inserts to ensure a full refund.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
